Notice is hereby given to all customers, vendors, partners, regulatory authorities, and the general public that the name of our company has been formally changed pursuant to a resolution duly passed by the Board of Directors and approved by the shareholders, and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act.

All business previously conducted under the name Planifica Sin Riesgo Assurance LLC shall, with effect from the date noted above, be continued under the new name PWR Retirement Group LLC The change of name does not affect the legal entity, its constitution, rights, obligations, contracts, or ongoing business relationships, all of which remain valid and binding.

All existing agreements, purchase orders, invoices, bank accounts, licenses, registrations, and other instruments executed in the former name shall be deemed to be in the new name and shall continue to be valid without further amendment.

Stakeholders are requested to update their records accordingly and address all future correspondence, payments, and communications to the company under its new name.
