In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid (if any) for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
This limitation applies even if PWR Retirement Group LLC has been advised of possible damages.
15. SMS Terms & Conditions
Program Name: PWR Retirement Group OTP Verification Service
A. Program Description
PWRGROUP sends one-time password (OTP) and authentication SMS messages to users for secure login verification, identity confirmation, password recovery, and account protection within the PWR Retirement Group mobile application and platform. These messages are transactional and are only sent when initiated by the user. No promotional or marketing SMS messages are sent through this service.
B. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message received from PWRGROUP. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you initiate a new verification or authentication request through the application.

D. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
E. Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies depending on user activity and authentication requests. Users may receive one or more OTP or verification messages during login, account verification, password reset, or security validation processes. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
F. Privacy Policy

By using the PWRGROUP OTP Verification Service, you acknowledge and agree to the PWR Retirement Group Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

PWR Retirement Group (“PWRGROUP”) respects your privacy regarding mobile communications and SMS messaging.
No mobile information, phone numbers, SMS consent data, or text messaging opt-in information will be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and mobile numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances except:

By providing your mobile number and initiating verification within our platform, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account and security verification requests.
